By joining the SureTake Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
Commission
You earn 25% recurring commission on payments made by customers you refer, for as long as they remain a paying SureTake subscriber. There is no cap on total earnings or number of referrals.
Attribution
Referrals are tracked via a 90-day cookie from the time your affiliate link is clicked. If a referred customer clicks affiliate links from multiple sources, commission is attributed to the first affiliate link clicked.
Payouts
Commissions are paid on a Net-30 basis. A minimum balance of $100 must accrue before a payout is issued. Payments are made in USD, via PayPal.
Self-referrals
You may not use your own affiliate link to sign up for or pay for your own SureTake account. Self-referrals will not be credited and may result in removal from the program.
Prohibited activity
Disclosure
If you're in the United States, you must comply with FTC guidelines on affiliate marketing, which generally require you to clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with SureTake when promoting it (for example, "I earn a commission if you sign up through this link").
No guarantee
Participation in the program doesn't guarantee any specific level of earnings.
Independent contractor status
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of SureTake. Affiliates have no authority to make offers, promises, or representations on SureTake's behalf.
Refunds and chargebacks
If a customer you referred receives a refund, the associated commission is not payable. If already paid, it will be deducted from your next payout, or repaid directly if no future payout occurs within 30 days.
Investigations
SureTake may withhold a payout while investigating suspected fraud or a violation of these terms, and may deny payment if the investigation confirms a violation.
Termination
SureTake may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Qualified referrals
A commission-eligible referral is a new paying SureTake customer who did not have a prior account. Existing customers, and signups made without a valid referral link or cookie, don't qualify.
Changes and termination
SureTake may update these terms, adjust the commission structure, or end the affiliate program at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify active affiliates of material changes. SureTake reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program for violating these terms.
Liability
SureTake's total liability to you under this agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
